Can you change from a tile roof to Colorbond?
Yes you can change from tile to Colorbond with numerous advantages of doing so. Colorbond is significantly lighter on the structure, has better thermal performance, sheds water faster in heavy rain, and requires far less ongoing maintenance than tiles. We’ve done thousands of tile-to-Colorbond conversions across Brisbane.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes every quote is free. For full roof or gutter replacements, we can usually quote from photos and roof dimensions without needing a site visit, and turn the quote around within 24 hours.
Can we stay in the house during a roof replacement?
Yes, you can stay in the house although it will get noisy during the day. We leave the property watertight at the end of every working day, so you’re never exposed to the weather even if the job spans several days.
What warranty do you offer?
New roofs come with a 24-month workmanship warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty on materials (BlueScope and Colorbond steel carry their own 10–30 year warranties depending on the product and environment). Gutters carry a 12-month workmanship warranty. We’re QBCC licensed (#154 634 29) and fully insured.
